A spiritual absolute would necessarily be the essence of sentience, from which we rise, not an ideal of wisdom and judgement, from which we fell. The fact we are aware, than the many details of which we are aware.

The problem of conflating the ideal, which is aspirational, with the absolute, which is elemental, is we assume our ideals to be universal, rather than unique.

The absolute, the equilibrium within, stands in contrast with the infinite. One is the center of the node and the other is the basis of the network.

Organisms and ecosystems. We fluctuate in the middle.
