Advice;

People are easy. Learn to empathize with other things. A tree, a frog.

It isn't that hard, you just have to turn your mind into them. Like when a tool or a book becomes an extension of your body, or your mind.

Then start putting them together. Not as one, but as the network. Follow the energy. Thermodynamics. Like a tree as a connection between the sky and ground.

Energy goes past to future. The forms it manifests go future to past. Our mind see the forms, but the energy is the the drive.

Consciousness goes past to future, while the perceptions, emotions and thoughts go future to past.

Consciousness is an energy. That's why it never gives up finding stuff to obsess over. Forms are just leaves in the wind.
