America is 250 years of growth. What holds the country together is the dollar and when it melts away, the states will have to start issuing local currencies, in order to function. That, more than left and right, is what will tear this country part.

The deeper issue is that money functions as a social contract, enabling mass societies, not a commodity to mine from them. Any society that ever existed, or ever will exist, will have those pushing the bounds of convention and those enforcing them. Social energies bubbling up, as cultural and civil structures coalesce in.

It is just that as the United States is about growth, greed is the cultural convention.

Any of the countries which form out of this coming break up will also have to find ways to structure their soceties and economies, because the alternative is anarchy and that will more resemble Mexican cartels, than hippie communes.

It is a natural cycle of expansion and consolidation.

Keep in mind those most responsible for destroying America are the elites, who think they can predate on the health of everything else and their system won't die.

If you want a healthy community, make sure it understands everything is that feedback, between top and bottom, left and right. More yin and yang, than God Almighty.
