Doing away with idiot people would be like doing away with bacteria. Life evolves up, out of the swamp.

Are many of the enlightened really any more aware, or is it just being carried long by their own crowds.

I find the enforcement mechanisms just as serious and actually far more effective. Evolution doesn't just grow the positive.
