Bud,
While I'm trying to wrap my mind around your argument, I thought I'd offer up a few points of my own;
At the top of the list is time. We are mobile organisms, so this sequential process of perception, by which we experience our situation, would logically be an evolutionary consequence of having to navigate.
So while our concept of time is as the point of the present, moving past to future, rationally time is change, turning future to past. As in tomorrow becomes yesterday, because the earth turns.
Potential>actual>residual.
It's like seeing the cosmos turning east to west, when it's the earth turning west to east.
So there is no literal dimension of time, because the past is consumed by the present, to inform and drive it. Causality and conservation of energy. Cause becomes effect.
Energy is "conserved," because it is the present, creating time, as well as temperature, pressure, color and sound. Time is frequency, events are amplitude.
Different clocks can run at different rates simply because they are separate actions. Think metabolism.
That culture is about getting everyone following the same narratives and rules, using the same languages and measures, it might seem there is some universal, Newtonian flow of time, but it's rabbit time, turtle time, etc.
That nature is both so diverse and yet integrated, is because everything doesn't march to the beat of the same drummer.
Time is asymmetric, because it's a measure of action and action is inertial. The earth only turns one direction.
So the energy, as present, goes past to future, while the patterns generated go future to past. Energy drives the wave, while the fluctuations rise and fall. No tiny strings necessary.
As consciousness goes past to future, while the perceptions, emotions and thoughts giving it form and structure go future to past. Though it's the digestive, respiratory and circulatory systems processing the energy, while the central nervous system sorts the information. The anarchies of desire, versus the tyrannies of judgement.
So rather than energy and matter, I'm seeing it as energy and form. Which essentially really does amount to shadows on the wall, projections of the light.
Consider that galaxies could simplistically be described as the energy radiating out, as structure coalesces in.
So now I start going from observation to speculation;
It seems that if we describe waves as the most elemental form, they tend to either synchronize, or harmonize.
Synchronization would seem to be a path of least resistance, as one large wave is more efficient than many small waves. Yet also energy dense. Lasers are synchronized light waves.
So it would seem synchronization is centripetal.
Now the energy content will also harmonize across many waves, as it expands out, distributing across the space occupied by the waves.
So it might be conveniently described as centrifugal, though any spin is a result of interaction with the centripetal effect of the waves coalescing.
Now at the center of the galactic vortices, the eye of the storm, referred to as black holes, quasars shoot out the poles and that are like giant lasers. so the energy is still distributed back across the universe.
Both of these effects are locally entropic, in they are downward gradients of both the energy and its forms.
though the overall system isn't entropic, since the balance out and energy being lost from one area is constantly being replaced by energy radiated from surrounding areas.
So there is this essential dichotomy. between the centripetal effect of synchronization and the centrifugal consequences of harmonization. Thus we have nodes and networks, organisms and ecosystems, particles and fields, galaxies in infinite networks of other galaxies.
The missing mass is because mass is an effect of this centripetal effect, basically the intermediate stage between radiation and the vortex in the middle. Rather than gravity as a property of mass.
All we can really say of gravity is that it's a centripetal effect, strongly associated this dense state we refer to as mass.
Three dimensions are really just a mapping device, the xyz coordinate system. Like longitude, latitude and altitude.
The two main characteristics of space would be infinity and equilibrium. Which would be implicit in Relativity, given that if both clock and ruler dilate in a moving frame, then the frame with the longest ruler and fastest clock would be closest to the equilibrium of the vacuum, the unmoving void of absolute zero.
So space is like the number line, from zero to infinity.
As energy radiates toward infinity, while form coalesces toward equilibrium.
This is also open source, if you find it interesting.
