Considering that Netanyahu is on record as actively supporting funding going to Hamas, as a way to avoid dealing with the more moderate elements in the PA and the possibility of a Palestinian state, why isn't he being arrested for that support?

Given Hamas would just be one more radical group, without the funds, it would seem Netanyahu is far more responsible for Oct 7th, than kids in Gaza.
