Desire and judgement. The heart and the head.

You need to create a little space in between them.

Galaxies are energy radiating out, toward infinity, as form coalesces in, toward equilibrium. Both entropic. We fluctuate in the middle, between everything cancelling out and everything fading out. Between everything spiraling into the abyss and everything flung out across the universe.

Make the feedback loops a little bigger. Go on walks. Without the ups and downs, it is a flatline, so the price we pay to feel, is that a lot of it is pain. Learn from it.

Stretch out a bit, don't just curl in.

Time isn't the point of the present moving past to future, but change turning future to past. Tomorrow becomes yesterday, because the earth turns. There is just this ever present, with the energy radiating out, toward the future, as the patterns being generated fade into the past. Consciousness goes toward the future, while thoughts fade into the past. Figure where your energy wants to go, even if it's just slipping through the cracks in the walls.
