Government, as executive and regulatory function, is analogous to the nervous system, while money and banking function as blood and the circulation system. With public government and private banking, the banks rule, so the only job those flunkies have, is running up the public debt the banks need to grow metastatically. What they do with he money doesn't matter, just so long as it's wasted enough that it can't be paid back and the banks can claim ownership over all public assets. That's why they insist on playing cowboys and indians around the world, while the country falls apart.
