Harshit,

You live in the present, but not always for it. The problem of civilization, being based on narrative, is that we think of time as a dimension, along which the present moves from past to future, but it is change turning future to past. Tomorrow becomes yesterday, because the earth turns.

This makes time an effect, like temperature, pressure, color, etc. So our lives are more a node in the network and the broader the network we engage in, even when it gives us negative feedback, the more we are part of the larger world. Many people today live in their own bubbles of awareness and much of their relations are mediated by finance, making them serfs to banking. The trick today, is having as many connections outside of money, as possible.

Underneath it though, nature bubbles along, with lives going from being in the future to being in the past, while the process of life goes onto the new generations, shedding the old. So be part of the process, not just a node.
