Having grown up as a younger child in a large family, I had a good position to watch it play out in terms of both developing egos and the networking involved.

It seems to me the most basic dynamics in reality are synchronization, which is effectively centripetal and harmonization, which is necessarily centrifugal.

So, nodes and networks, organisms and ecosystems, particles and fields.

Synchronization operates on the individual level as ego, but on the group level, it works as herding behavior.

It's not like we can escape it, so much as surf the line between synchronization and harmonization.

Between equilibrium(absolute zero) and infinity. Black holes and black body radiation.
