I certainly agree with you in spirit, but in detail, don't these issues go back to the Holy Roman Empire and the Catholic Church co-opting gnostic Christianity, because they needed a monolithic/monotheistic paradigm to validate their early form of globalism?

My problem isn't with Christianity, but the assumptions and logic on which monotheism is premised do lead to a form of cultural absolutism, that does empower the close minded and confuse the open minded.
Synchronizing everyone into one cultural vortex, rather than harmonizing the multitudes of voices.
