I do like all comments, even those who disagree, because it makes me think through my own arguments further. Though I'm pretty good at shooting holes in other's points, so those do tend to shut up and go away.

Having grown up as fifth of six kids, where arguing was the primary method of communication, I learned early on to separate the power politics, from the actual reasoning. Those primarily interested in the power politics will ignore any logic that undercuts their own stance and tend to shout down any contending arguments, but they can also be fun to needle.

As I like to say, the bull is power. The matador is art.
