I guess it's waste of time to come back to this, but trying to sort out the jumble of your comments, it seems that possibly, you don't quite understand what is proposed by the whole "fabric of spacetime," given that what seem to be your own thoughts, such as,

" The past isn’t consumed the present just because we learn from it, it’s what’s already happened. We can glean what I was like but that period is gone. Future to past is impossible because the future doesn’t exist. It cannot impact anything. All that really exists is now to be honest."

Are somewhat similar to what I'm trying to say, that there is just this physical present and time is an effect and measure, similar to temperature. Rate and degree. Frequency and amplitude.

That we "glean from the past," because it is what informs the present, aka, is consumed by it. Cause becomes effect. Just as the food in your stomach had been on a plate, after being in the store, etc. The energy contained continues as the present, whatever forms it is manifesting. While the forms come and go, just as that food came and went.

While if you were to dig into the assumptions of time as a dimension, aka, block time, that all events exist out on that time dimension and we could "time travel" through "wormholes" in the" fabric of spacetime," you might come to different conclusions.
