Netanyahu is on record as actively supporting money flowing to Hamas, as a way to undercut the PA and the possibility of a Palestinian state, so wouldn't he be far more directly responsible for October 7th, than the vast majority of Palestinians?

It seems Hamas is to Israel, what Al Qaeda and ISIS were to the US. When you go about funding the radicals, to avoid and undercut the moderates, bitching about the blowback is bullshit.
