I tend to see the two sides of me as the five year old and the angel of death. Both the little tiny light and the darkness.

As for toughness, remember we evolved sensitivity to be more aware of our world, than the others, not to fear it. The bull is power. The matador is art.

When the going gets tough, downshift.

The problem seems to be we are linear, goal oriented creatures in a cyclical, circular, reciprocal, feedback generated reality and assume it the destination, than the journey.

Life is like a sentence. The end is just punctuation. What matters is how well you tie the rest of the story together.

It's all energy and form. The energy goes past to future, the form goes future to past. Energy drives the wave, the fluctuations rise and fall.

Consciousness goes past to future, while the perceptions, emotions and thoughts giving it form and structure go future to past. Though it's the gut and heart processing the energy, while the mind sorts the forms.

Waves both synchronize and harmonize, but one is centripetal, while the other is centrifugal, so we have nodes and networks, organisms and ecosystems, particles and fields.

As consciousness is this interface between body and world, it is more network, than node.

Like galaxies. Energy radiating out, as structure coalesces in.
