I think people need to look to the deeper causes and dynamics.

Our cultures are patches over the tears in the previous patches, going back to the dawn of civilization. As we pick up the pieces from the prior constructs and focus on fixing what seemed most broken, without really digging into the causes.

Religions are like the childhood memories of culture. So while they might be foundational to all that follows, need to be better understood in context.

Here are a couple of my more recent efforts to do so;

While there seems some acknowledgement of various of my points, the fact remains that most people want those immediate solutions to the most dire problems and all this seems too abstract.

Yet the cracks do go to the foundations and we are reaching a point where the whole system has become too top heavy and the coming crash will reverberate to the foundations. In which case, these points will have some salience.
