The two I go into, in this essay, are the Western monist concept of a reality that is far more effectively understood as dualist. The effect being our constant running in circles, like a puppy chasing its tail.

The other is that as mobile organisms, with this sequential process of perception, our model of time is as the present going past to future, when the evident reality is that activity and the resulting change turns future to past.
