I tried to get away from the horse world a few times, but realized the people out in the real world were far crazier.

My first wife had a horse called Tartan's Five. They entered her in a race up at Penn National, on May 5th, 1985. It was carded as the fifth race and she drew the fifth spot. They knew they just had to bet it big.

She ran fifth.

I don't really believe in God, because it's just too big and too far. I do believe in the spirits. They have made themselves felt too many times not to.
