I understand the dichotomy, between focus and chilling, but when the brain wants to exit stage left, it needs some sort of leash.

I don't see myself as a stoic, though I certainly practice it, because my inability to tolerate bullshit always has me looking for holes in the walls. It's obsessional.

My walkabout was hitchhiking 15,000 miles as a teenager, because school, etc. Almost four corners, but skipped Florida, Georgia. Bad rep for hitchhiking at the time.

So I might appear stoic on the outside, there always seems to be some lit fuse on the inside.

My psychological dichotomy is the five year old kid and the angel of death.
