I’m sensing more hype, than insight here.

If we are nature, what is nature?

For one thing, we are linear, goal oriented creatures and nature is cyclical, reciprocal and feedback generated.

For instance, markets need money to circulate in order to function, but we treat it as signal to extract from the noise of society and the economy. Requiring ever more to be added and ever more inventive ways to store what has been extracted. The result being an enormous bubble of financialization.

Th reality is that money serves as a contract between the individual and the community. As a medium of exchange, its functionality is in its fungibility, so we own it like we own the section of road we are using, or the fluids and air passing through our bodies. We can’t just store it. Blood is a medium, fat is a store. They are not readily interchangeable.

Since money is the God of this current culture, do you really want to dig down into how it functions, or just siphon some off for yourself?

This is why hype is far more popular than actual insight.

Though the future we have been borrowing against will soon arrive.

Hype is just the bubbles and foam of a cresting wave, like Davos.
