It is interesting that many of those in the establishment supporting this movement also have long histories of supporting a foreign policy that has been extremely detrimental to black and brown people of other countries.

Maybe you might see this as accepting allies wherever you might find them, but for those of us with a slightly more jaundiced view, ie. a good bit older, know that you are being used.

Say the focus of your wrath is the average white male of generally middling circumstances, who basically is trying to hold onto the world they know.

Now ask yourself; do your erstwhile allies really care if these people have the occasional racist thoughts, or do they have other reasons to kneecap what is still the core of American culture? The people who voted for Trump as a protest vote against an establishment that has been sucking them dry for decades. Now suddenly the most downtrodden have this establishment on their side.

Divide and conquer is the oldest trick in the book and you will eventually find you have taken sides with your real adversaries, against those who might have been your potential allies.

The problem of capitalism is that money functions as a contract, where the asset is backed by a debt. While it makes a very useful medium of exchange, to store it requires creating ever more debt. One way is squeezing the money flowing through the regular economy, requiring it to run on debt, drawing the saved money back into circulation and leveraging more value out of the economy. The overall effect is a centripetal feedback loop, where positive feedback draws the asset to the center of society, as negative feedback pushes the debt to the edges. Such as student loans, where the young are forced into debt bondage, in order to become part of society, rather than society treating them as future members to nourish.

The cycle of predatory lending has a very long history. The Ancients used debt jubilees to reset the process and save their cultures from potential revolutions of the underclasses, but our overlords have become far more sophisticated in their control mechanisms.

Just a heads up. You will live and learn the hard way.
