It is interesting the degree to which they are announcing this attack. Something seems fishy, but as you point out, other than nukes, what else does Israel and the US have up their sleeve?

Though I would imagine a fair number of Russian intercepter missiles are being sent to Iran. They have announced some S 300's going there a few weeks ago.
