It was commentary on the concept of antisemitism, that somehow disrespect of Jews is any different than antagonisms between any other groups of people.

Like magnetism, there is no attraction without repulsion, any more than there is up without down, or left without right, or good without bad.

We have to deal with the realities, not just hope they go away, because they will be used against us otherwise.

They are not heard, because most people don't understand much outside their group and when their group have been turned into a mob, the voices of sanity are lost.

Some people have the souls of weathervanes and some have the souls of compasses. The weathervanes think the compasses are too abstract and distant, while the compasses think the weathervanes have no depth and just go whatever way the wind blows.

Yet both are telling.
