It's not like a lot of that history hasn't been fairly messy. You do have more emotional commitment to the details and since it would take weeks to sort out every point, I will let time do that.

As for the RPG's, it's my suspicion that once the Ukrainians figure out what pawns they have been treated as, all that stirred up anger might well blow back on Europe.

If you have been reading all the coverage of the invasion of Iraq, in all the American and even British newspapers, it does seem there are issues bubbling under the surface and this is one way that can be expressed, that is politically tolerated.

There is a lot more going on under the surface than is being covered, but that doesn't mean it will stay hidden
