It's politics all the way down, but it's economics all the way up.

Right now, the Fed has the choice of burning down the house, crash the market, or blow up the foundation, tank the dollar.

There really is much less real conflict between left and right, than a lot of hype, by a media more interested in distraction, than looking behind the curtain.

It is getting pretty evident to the various constituencies, on the left and right, being weaponized in this fight, that they are tools in some larger dynamic and are starting to step back.

I can see the civil war in the media and between the political junkies, but it doesn't run nearly deep enough to even come close to an actual civil war.

What we will see is more a break down of economic structure, accompanied by political anarchy, as everyone closes around their communities. Circles the wagons.
