Keep in mind that eastern shore of the Mediterranean is the crossroads of humanity.

In basic physics terms, humanity crashed up against the edge of the petri dish, with the European discovery of the Americas and now it's reverberating back to the core. Like that spout of water that pops up where you drop the stone.

This is not to give any emotional comfort, just to try to step as far back as possible and see humanity as a dynamic.

The fact is you have to struggle to live and find whether it breaks you, or makes you stronger.

The price we pay to feel, is that a lot of it is pain.
