Logically an absolute is elemental, not an ideal, so a spiritual absolute would be the essence of sentience, from which we rise, not an ideal of wisdom and judgement, from which we fell. More the light shining through the film, than the images on it.
So it is our emotions and desires driving us, while the central nervous system is more a referee, than source.
The anarchies of desire, versus the tyrannies of judgement. Heart and head. Motor and steering.
The issue is more figuring out what desires are beneficial and encouraging them, while discouraging the detrimental ones.
As this sentient interface between our bodies and world, we fluctuate between synchronization and harmonization. Centripetal and centrifugal.
