Michael,

What is the one basic concept totally ignored in this view?

Energy.

The problem with energy is that it's such a fuzzy concept, other than it is "conserved." Any measurement, act or effect of it becomes form/information. Yet energy is inherently dynamic, while form is necessarily static.

As I've been pointing out, being conserved means energy is always and only present, because it is the present. Its dynamism creates time.

Think of a wave; The energy is what drives it, while the undulations and fluctuations, the frequencies and amplitudes, are the forms we perceive. So the energy goes past to future, while the forms go future to past.

We have the digestive, respiratory and circulatory systems processing the energy driving us on, while the central nervous system sorts and condenses the forms precipitating out, trying to make sense of our reality. Signal from the noise.

While the energy might be entering our eyes and ears, what we see and hear are the frequencies and amplitudes of the colors and sounds. Which are the cresting, focal points of these undulations and fluctuations. Such that the more we focus, the more point-like and clear everything becomes.

Which is what our minds register, the final expression, the cresting of these waves. It's our fuzzy emotions and intuitions which sense the changing pressure and temperature of the waves building and receding.

So then our most trained minds press themselves up against the glass, trying to see ever further into the details, extracting information, which becomes itself a consolidation of energy. Until we reach the final blank wall of total equilibrium, where all energy has radiated back out and all form has flatlined, wondering what is on the other side.

Meanwhile the "other side" was that energy being cast aside as so much noise, since it is "fuzzy."

Energy radiaties to infinity, while form coalesces toward equilibrium. Both entropic and of which the effect is these cosmic convection cycles we refer to as "galaxies."

One of the mysteries of galaxies is "Dark Matter." That there is far more attractive gravitational pull, than there is mass to explain it.

So what if gravity is not so much an effect of mass, as this cycle of energy and form extends from equilibrium to infinity and every interaction, limitation, cresting of a wave, goes from being expanding energy to coalescing form? Starting all the way out there, where photons arise from the field.

Then mass is only the lower end of this spectrum of consolidation. Then black holes are not so much a portal into another dimension, as they are the eye of the storm, where all form is canceled and all energy is radiated.

Energy and form. Desire and judgement. Consciousness and thought. Expansion and consolidation. Spring and fall.

Cosmic convection cycles.
