My guess is they invade Lebanon around the end of the month, say about the time Netanyahu is supposed to give his speech to the US congress, so it would be more a matter of getting the US involved, than more IDF.

I suspect the Eisenhower will hang around the Eastern Med until then and the Roosevelt will also be in the area by then.

While I do tend to give them the benefit of the doubt, given they do tend to just blow everything up, it does seem Israel will get a serious bloody nose doing this and a lot of the military types seem to think so, but the political momentum for invasion doesn't look like it can be stopped.

So combine this with the fast growing political crisis in the US, as everyone is trying to get Biden to drop out, with no real alternatives. Which is going to create a large void, as it becomes evident there isn't even a figurehead anymore. Zombiacracy.

Then Ukraine does look like it will implode in the not to distant future.

So it seems we are building toward a trifecta of major breakdowns for the West.

Not to mention the election in England.

Then would this be enough to start a run on treasuries, or other sort of financial crisis?
