Thanks. I was propped by medium, to your essay, but then noticed you addressed the issue in a further essay on mental mastery.

It was a habit I started developing fairly early in life, as I seem to have a fairly intrusive inner voice, that distracted from seeing the world around me. Consequently this forced that voice to be more selective in what it will spout off about. One way to release it is through writing, so I only write when I feel totally compelled. So I’ve only put up three essays on medium, but like to wander around and intrude on others thoughts.
