Not to mention that what are supposed to be trusted sources, such as news organizations and politicians, have proven to be stooges to be bought.

Say, for instance all the homeowners getting screwed over in the financial crisis of 2008. Those being used to "foam the runway," for the big banks, that caused much of this mess. None of whom went to jail, unlike after the the collapse of the savings and loans in the late 80's, when many did go to jail.

Then Trump was the fringe candidate in 16 as way to pump up his brand, basically using the election as a personal commercial.

Then the news networks, being on the side of Hillary, thought making at least 50% of the coverage of the Republican side of the ticket could be focused on the clown, as a way to ridicule the party. That he was actually nominated was just icing on the cake, as obviously the country wasn't dumb enough to vote for him.

Forgetting just how pissed off a lot people naturally were with what the Democrats had done, under their "Hope and Change" candidate. So a lot of people just voted Trump as a way to throw a monkey wrench into the gears. A lot of people that voted for Obama, voted for Trump. (I voted Stein).

While I doubt you will take any of this seriously, given I'm not talking through some screen, but look at the blowup after this debate, as to how quickly the story shifts, when the narrators decide it needs shifting and you are expected to just swing with the wind.

Sometimes it is better to be more of a compass, than a wind vane, if you want to live with yourself.
