One way to get beyond systems is to explain why they exist, as opposed to only questioning the ones that do exist. Often this gets used by those more interested in installing their own systems.

The fact is that it's hard to avoid natural selection. The anarchies of desire versus the tyrannies of judgement.

What needs to be done is explaining how feedback works, then those doing their best to be pigs understand why they end up as bacon.

There is no perfect model. It's the fact that whenever a system gets too secure, is when it starts breaking down. The crest of the wave is when it starts downhill.

We have evolved complex mental processes as a consequence of all these processes.

Without the mess, there would be no cure.

The bull is power. The matador is art.
