Our current bout of neo-liberal globalization is based on a similar conceptual fallacy as Communism. While Communism favored the public over the private, breaking down all intermediate structures, in its push to only one side, our current ideology favors globalization over localization. We now see where that leads.
The reality is more the dichotomy and tension between the two sides. More the yin and yang, than God Almighty of one over the other. Without the ups and downs, it’s all a flatline.
