Part of the problem is the Western mindset tends to be object oriented, with interactions as effect.

Whether it is individuals, nations, tribes, families etc.

The larger reality is these interactions are the ecosystem in which these organisms rise and fall in feedback loops.

The essence of the entity, the organism, is synchronization, all the components on the same wavelength, functioning as one unit.

While the essence of the network, the ecosystem, is harmonization, as all the various entities trade energy and resources around.

Rather than winner take all, it is more rock, paper, scissors, as various strategies might work better in different situations.

Israel's problem is that it tends to be somewhat inward focused and becoming somewhat disconnected from that larger system. The problem with this, is entropy sets in and more resources, energies tend to be spent, then can be accrued.
