People are too focused on other people. My byline for medium is; "Having an affair with life."

For me every moment is a connection and a relation, good or bad. Think how much information mobile phones can transmit in a little radio waves, but we are bathed in the entire spectrum and yet assume knowledge is only what we get from books and classrooms.

Admittedly I'm not that social, because current society is neurotic and so I limit my vibes intake from other people. The fact I grew up on a horse farm, spent much of my life raising and training horses and know enough to keep myself employed, occupied, busy, etc, without a lot of stress, is sheer luck though.

So, no, it is just more a commentary on how our culture keeps us isolated from each other and therefore more dependent on the official structures and networks, where our lives can be controlled and monetized.

Personally I like to be in the middle, between too far in the group and too far on the fringes. The people at the center seem to assume it's all about them, but they are consequently the most ignorant of the world outside the social circle.

We are not at the center of the earth. The earth is not at the center of the solar system. The solar system is not at the center of the galaxy. It's all about being in that state of balance, between all the elements, where you are most able to guide yourself through them.
