Problems tend to have causes that remain ignored, because everyone is focused on patching the effects.

The difference between capitalism and a market economy is that markets need money to circulate, while capitalism treats it as a commodity to mine from markets.

We are linear, goal oriented creatures in a cyclical, circular, feedback generated reality, so it is a basic misunderstanding, yet it confuses a medium with a store. Blood is a medium, fat is a store. Roads are a medium, parking lots are a store. The hallway is a medium, the hall closet is a store. The average five year old can figure it out, but our eductional process does have us functioning at the level of ants and advice like this doesn't bump us up the cultural evolutionary scale very much.
