The basic metaphysics has to be taken into account eventually.

One/singular is the node.

Oneness/connectivity is the network.

The essence of the node is synchronization, from cultures to galaxies. That centripetal dynamic, where everything either gets on the same wavelength, or is excluded, radiated back out. Centrifugal.

Our minds, in sorting signals from the noise, inherently bond to what synchronizes with our prior beliefs, maps and models. Then we bond to those on similar wavelengths. Though it is that dynamic that brings it together, not whatever point of reference, center of gravity, eye of the storm, black hole, God, might be at the center.

While these resulting nodes exist in that infinite sea of energy, that ultimately harmonizes, as all the various nodes coalesce and dissolve.

Resonance as feedback in the middle.

Organisms and ecosystems.

As individual consciousness functions as that interface between the body and its world, we fluctuate in the middle, between one and oneness.
