The logical flaw in capitalism is the medium is not a store. We see money as signal to save and store, while markets need it to circulate, so we drain it out and ever more has to added, then we drain it too, finding ever more corrosive methods of trying to store what has been taken out.
Storing the asset side of the ledger requires a debt on the other side. Which is all looking pretty illusionary.
