What is the long term strategy? Sacrificing red heifers and forever war?

Israel's strategic depth is its influence in the West and the West is crumbling.

What happens when the rest of the world no longer needs dollars to trade, they start coming back home and bread starts going up a few dollars a week? Are we going to keep bailing out Israel?
