The problem I'm seeing with Oct 7th is that Netanyahu is on record directing funding to Hamas, from the Qatari's, specifically to undercut the PA and having to deal with debates over two states.

Without that funding, Hamas would have been one more fringe group, not the government in Gaza.

So, by any logical measure, he is far more responsible for Oct 7th, than all those kids in Gaza.
