The problem is there are two sides to every argument, but that the reality is far more complex than either can accept.
It is safe to say this situation is going downhill. The question is, where?
It is not as though massacring one's opponents hasn't been an effective strategy since the dawn of time, but it's the larger situation that decides that.
Will the United States keep coming to Israels aid, as our debt goes parabolic? Does Europe look stable and secure in the long term?
Will China, Russia, Iran and all the stans in the middle keep growing together, as an Asian dynamic not in thrall to the West and attracting much of the developing world along with them?
Given facial recognition technologies, those Israelis recording happy dances on TikTok, around Gaza, might find their world travel options seriously limited in the not too distant future.
