The problem is when a marginalized group's grievances become weaponized in a larger culture war, where one form of monoculture is trying to overthrow another, usually traditional form of monoculture.

When what those marginalized groups really need is actual multiculturalism. Which exists most effectively when times are peaceful and people are not being pushed into herds, cliques and factions.

Ask the Ukrainians how it is, having their grievances weaponized in a larger war.
