There are a lot of assumptions built into both the premise of government and money.

The situation with government, as society's central nevous system, is that like our biological nervous system, it is not the motor, but the steering. So it doesn't produce the power driving society, but can only direct by choosing among the various forces driving it.

In electrical engineering, more the capacitors, insulators, wiring, etc, than the actual energy.

What happens when these are mismanaged, skrimped on and generally allowed to decay, ie, "defund the government," which has been the Republican mantra, since Reagan?

You have shorts and eventually an electrical fire, which burns everything down. Which is what we are having now, a cultural conflaguration.

So, no, I don't want the money, because it has become just so much noise. All it really attracts are the hustlers and parasites. Look where most of the pandemic spending went. Look at Bloomberg's presidential campaign. Money has gone from being a useful tool, to being the totem of a hedonistic religion.

All I want are people like you, who have the practical knowledge to rebuild an effective system, when this situation reaches bottom and needs to start over again.

Though that's going to be awhile, as we are getting into the fanatic stage now. Patience.
