There is no perfect solution.

Though banking and money, as the value circulation mechanism of society, is analogous to blood and the body's circulation system. Much as government, as the executive and regulatory function, is analogous to the central nervous system.

There was a time when government was private, but as royalty lost sight of the function they served to society, in order to be served by it, they were usurped.

Now banking appears to be having its own, "Let them eat cake." moment.

Not that banking can be a direct function of government, any more than the head and the heart are one, as politicians live and die on the hope they inspire and people experience money as quantified hope, to the tendency to create it for political, rather then economic reasons, can be strong.
