There is that constant tension between distillation and contextualization. Form coalescing, as its effects ripple out.

Since narrative is the basis of culture, we think of time as the present moving past to future, but it is change turning future to past. Tomorrow becomes yesterday, because the earth turns.

So as process churns along, past to future, the patterns generated rise and fall, future to past.

Our consciousness goes past to future, while our thoughts go future to past.

The feedback is that the patterns direct and define the process, in an inescapable clutch.

Like galaxies, as energy radiates away to infinity, or other galaxies, while form coalesces in, or until all energy radiates back out.

Nodes and networks, feeding on each other.

It is a tapestry, being woven of strands pulled from it.
