There will always be cycles between building up and breaking down. When it overwhelms us, it's bad, but when it opens up new possibilties, it's good.

Our individual lives are short and the only way to go beyond them, is to see as much of the bigger picture as possible. If we only focus on what directly affects us, not only does it make our view of the world quite small, but we will be blind to opportunities that might be in our peripheral vision.
