This does seem to have devolved to complete trash talk, with no tactical skills, as there is no effort to make me think you are trying. As when I do reach out on what seem possible commonalities, it's like a Chihuahua, you jump back a few steps and yap louder.

People do seem to show up on Medium, with no stories, but a few followers. Presumably because their profiles are linked to other sites, like maybe twitter. The fact you have none, either means you are such a miserable wretch everywhere, or this is a new profile that you don't want linked to any prior ones.

If any normal person had the opinion of my ideas you express, they simply would not bother to engage. It would obviously be a total waste of time.

Yet you do. So with the Chihuahua personality, zero political skills, no apparent social appeal, yet some evident degree of education, the image coming to my mind is a security guard, literal or figurative, with a little too much college debt, who doesn't have enough people coming through his portal to berate, so he has to go on line.

The idea you seem to project of who you think I am, is also someone in their little cubicle, looking for ego boosts online.

The reality, as my profile picture might suggest, is that i grew up on a farm around more horses and cattle than people, as a younger child in what amounts to a large family business, where i adapted to the troubleshooter role, rather than the manager role.

As large numbers of animals are work intensive, my primary hobby growing up, was to read books, which transitioned to reading and writing online by the mid 90's.

Given then my point of view is from outside the culture, looking in, what i try to express are lessons learned that culture seems to bungle;

I do realize many people don't particularly care for my opinions, the few who do are as powerless as i am and that getting ahead is more a function of advertising what is approved, otherwise it is disinformation.

So given most of my time is taken up by work, I'm getting along in years, it is simply the reading and writing that appeals to me. Whether it is taken seriously or not is beyond my ability to affect.

As i said, My nature is of a troubleshooter, so if i see a problem or mess, no matter how unpleasant, shit, dying, dead, decayed animals, broken machinery, etc, my instinct is to do what I can to fix it and wash my hands after.

So I would say to whatever twisted little light constitutes your soul, it is the connections with the larger organism that gives you life. Just shriveling up as some little scab on the system is just premature death.
