This means being able to learn and understand our place in this dynamic, which is a very large subject in itself.
While this might seem somewhat off topic, one of my favorite books is Gilbert Murray’s; Five Stages of Greek Religion. It really does go to the core of Western civilization and deals with issues we currently brush under the rug, in our supposed modern world.
