Very true. Humanity is at a precipice of its own creation. We have reached the edge of the global petri dish and flying off into space is not a viable option, even for those who presume to afford it.

This is why we should think through how our beliefs and assumptions have led us to this point.

That the public dialog has become so ridiculous might even work towards asking better questions, given the answers we are currently being fed are getting ever more threadbare.

Though it doesn't yet seem like too many are willing to look outside their cocoons, rather than wrapping themselves ever more tightly.

We do live in very interesting times.
