We are our roots.

Though the sky beckons.

The religion is as complex as the DNA,

but the simple appeals to the most.

Every culture is its core ideals, code, creed, heroes, narratives, or it is dust.

The problem is that ideals are not absolutes.

The universal is the elemental, not the ideal.

The essence from which we rise, not the ideals to which we appeal.

One is the node.

Oneness is the network.

Synchronization and harmonization.

Organisms and ecosystems.

That Israel is spiraling down this self centered rabbit hole is not going to be the end of any tribe, but it will be the end of monotheism as the guiding principle of Western civilization.

Ancient Israel was a monarchy.

Back in the day, the monotheists were the monarchists. The pantheists were the democrats and republicans. As in Athens and Republican Rome.

The young god, born in the spring, of the old sky god and the earth mother. Though by the Age of the Olympians, Zeus didn't give way to Dionysus.

Tradition prevailed over renewal.

Paving the way for the story of Jesus.

Though by the time Constantine adopted it as state religion, it too had started to calcify, so the monotheism served to validate the Empire rising from the ashes of the Republic. The Big Guy Rules.

Divine right of kings. The origins of the Trinity shrouded in the Holy Ghost, because the Catholic Church didn't go for renewal. Even though Luther tried.

When the West went back to democracy and republicanism, it required separation of church and state, culture and civics.

So when the fear of God, as moral policeman, died, the Will to Power rose to fill the void. Might is right.

Now that most basic of networks, the money, is the only locus of our culture. The medium has become the message.

It is going to be a long winter.

Spring will come.
